David T. Pullen, Esq.
David T. Pullen joined the firm in 1975, and has practiced in Fillmore ever since. He has extensive experience in a wide range of legal matters, and has mentored and trained many attorneys and paralegals over the years. He is a devoted husband, father and grandfather, is a U.S. Army veteran, and has also served as an elected official in Allegany County.

Richard M. Buck joined the firm in 2012. Prior to joining Richardson, Pullen & Buck, P.C., “Rich” practiced law in New Jersey in a variety of legal matters, including real estate and municipal law. Rich is admitted to practice in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

Seth D. Pullen, Esq.
Seth D. Pullen joined the firm in 2017, opening its satellite office in Buffalo, New York, before shifting to the main office in Fillmore more recently. Prior to joining this firm, Seth worked in the real estate, energy law and business law practices of Hodgson Russ LLP, and Biltekoff & Pullen, LLP. Prior to attending law school, Seth served as an armor officer in the U.S. Army and then the Army National Guard. Seth is admitted to practice in New York and Pennsylvania.
